The 1888 building is a 3 story, former school building that has an approximate gross floor area of 10,000sf. Additional Information: The contractor must possess a current, valid Asbestos Contractor License issued by Massachusetts Occupational Safety for Lead & Asbestos. The scope of work includes the hazardous materials abatement and disposal of all materials identified in the Hazardous Materials Report conducted by OTO Environmental.
