Scope of Work. The Work consists of: ORG 213 – T. G. Terry Elementary School - Project consists of the following: Architect to provide detailed scope of work informing potential bidders what trades would be involved in these projects. 1. Provide security updates including cameras, card access readers and door contacts. 2. Provide secure front vestibule (includes admin renovation). 3. Replace spray foam roof system. 4. Replace exterior waterproofing/sealing joints. 5. Replace fire alarm system. 6. Remove and replace concrete sidewalks. 7. Mechanical/HVAC improvements include new split system, central station and rooftop units, replace water pumps and provide controls on water pumps (delete AHN 2A & 2B). A Proposal bond on Dallas ISD Proposal Guarantee Bond Form, from a Surety authorized to transact business in the State of Texas, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the greatest total amount of the proposed contract amount (Base Price plus all Allowances), payable without recourse to the order of the Dallas ISD Board of Trustees, must accompany the Proposal as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the proposer will promptly enter into and execute the Contract and Performance and Payment Bonds on the forms provided. Total Estimated Construction Budget (CCL + Allowances) for CSP 207496 $2,600,584.21.
