BD19-5963 The City is not responsible for misdelivered proposals, and the proposer is strictly liable for its chosen method of delivery. It is the proposer's sole responsibility to make sure that proposals arrive at the proper location. Any proposal which does not actually arrive in the City Clerk's Office by the RFP due date and time will be rejected as non-responsive, even if properly addressed or delivered to another City Department. The City of Roseville requires the services of a contractor to provide "design build" project delivery services to upgrade the Heavy Duty Bays and Gantry Area to be compliant with all current and applicable codes, standards, and regulations pertaining to indoor maintenance of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) vehicles. Descriptions of required upgrades that shall be completed as part of this project are outlined in Tasks 4.1 through 4.6 below.
