Per the owner, as of October 3, 2023, a design team has been selected and the design is at the 65% plan level. The owner states that the project is anticipated to be advertised for bids in November 2024 and construction is anticipated to begin in early 2025. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............ The Placer County Department of Public Works is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide professional right of way appraisal, negotiation and related services for the bridge replacement project on Watt Avenue Road at Dry Creek in Roseville CA, western Placer County. This RFP will result in the award of one project specific contract for the subject project. Question Deadline: Fri Dec 10, 2021 5:00 PM (PST) The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
