Renovation of a library in Roseville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The City of Roseville is soliciting bids to replace the boilers at the Martha Riley Library. Bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount is required. A labor and materials bond and a faithful performance bond in the amount of 100% of the total amount of the bid shall be furnished by the successful bidder in accordance with Paragraph 10 of the Terms and Conditions of Invitation for Bid.
