Responses to questions timely received will be issued to all Bidders via addenda to this RFP (reference Article 6 in the enclosed Instruction to Bidders). SCOPE OF WORK o Map out design of warehouse space usage o Propose new configuration for optimizing storage of MRO material inside the central warehouse and in the outdoor storage yard. o Provide a comprehensive list of recommended shelving/rack options to select o Provide pricing for all racking options that you offer o Perform installation and assembly of shelving/rack units o Provide a timetable for design and shelving installations 5. SPECIFICATIONS Warehouse is approximately 80,000 square feet Ceiling Height - approximately 25 feet high (for 60% of the warehouse, remaining 40% at 15 feet) The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
