**As of March 11, 2021, the awarded amount is $457,776.36 . Mill and Overlay Bid Upper Dublin Township Upper Dublin Township will receive sealed bids for the 2021 milling and paving program which involves the milling of full width roadway to various depths and the paving of said roadway with 9.5mm wearing course. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: a) Full width milling to variable depths of streets to be subsequently overlaid. b) Construction of 1 1/2" compacted depth Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, 9.5mm, PG 64-22,15% RAP Maximun, wearing course overlay fO.O to 0.3 million ESALs, SRL 'H', 1 1/2" depth) on a prepared surface.
