Site work for a water / sewer project in Port Sydney, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The intent of this Request is to secure a contractor to accomplish the following renovations at the Port Sydney Beach area: - Install flat, hard surfaced, accessible walkway from Parking Area B to beach area (aerial photo describes location) length approx. 30m - Replace and secure the foundation of the Pavilion (see photo in Appendix A) - Shingle half of the pavilion roof (half was done in 2020 due to storm damage) - Replace the foundation of the gangway leading to the warf - steel piling (see photo in Appendix A) - Resurface warf and gangway with composite material with lifetime warranty - Replace one floating dock and remove existing - minimum dimension 7' x 25'. The deadline for submitting a question has been revised to March 4, 2021 at 12:00pm.
