**The project has been awarded with the amount of $243,888.80** the Project Generally Consists of Mill and Overlay of the Pinewood Park Parking Lot Located Off of Nj Rt 88 Near Pinewood Drive. Approximate Construction Quantities Include 7,000 Sy of Milling, 850 Tons of Hma Surface Course, 1,400 Lf or Concrete Vertical Curb, 4,000 Lf of Traffic Stripes, and Other Associated Work. 7. Use of Contract Documents: Contract Documents Are Available Solely for the Purpose of Obtaining Bids and Not to Confer a License or Grant for Any Other Purpose. 8. Pre-bid Meeting: None 9. Bid Guarantee: Bid Guarantee Is Required in an Amount Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount Indicated in the Bid, but Not in Excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00). 10.
