Site work, new construction and renovation of a civil project in Lake Lotawana, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing a new influent pump station with screen and new anaerobic basin, modifying the anoxic and aeration basins, constructing new clarifiers, sludge pump station, internal recycle pump station, UV building and cascade aeration, modifying the control building, and related electrical, plumbing, and site improvements. Contract Documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related shipping charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within 400 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 430 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
