The awarded contractormust agree to hold prices firm throughout the duration of the project. Awarded contractor must have at least 5 years of experience as a Licensed General Contractor. Completion of the projectmust be performed within the time parameters established within the bidding documents. The Contractorproviding services under this agreement will be required to procure and maintain, at their own expense and without cost to the County, until final acceptance by the County of all products or services covered by the purchase order or contract, the following types of insurance. The policy limits required are to be considered minimum amounts:General Liability Insurancepolicy with a $1,000,000combined single limit for each occurrence to include the following coverage: Operations, Products and Completed Operations, Personal Injury, Contractual Liability covering this contract, X-C-U hazards, and Errors & Omissions.
