Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Merritt Island, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Brevard County Purchasing Services, on behalf of the Parks and Recreation Department, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to remove existing wood siding and building wrap then furnish and install moisture resistant barrier and install approximately 18,000 square feet of new fiber cement plank siding and trim to the exterior of the Rotary Nature Center Building. All work is to be performed according to material manufacturer's recommendations and in accordance with these specifications. The work shall include all labor, materials, accessories, supplies, tools, equipment, freight, delivery, handling, disposal and supervision required. Work shall be performed Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
