The project consists of the installation of a new access driveway and a bridge, crossing an unnamed tributary of Pennypack Creek, and other improvements for Well 26, located near the intersection of Sawyers Way and Forrester Road in Horsham Township, Montgomery County, PA. All work is to be completed in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and Project Manual. Work is contained under one lump sum contract. Clarification deadline 3/11/2021 5:00 PM This project is subject to applicable provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act and the wage rates issued by the U.S. Department of Labor. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informality in the bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids. The estimated value of the project is between $350,000-$450,000
