A Performance Bond in an amount at least equal to the contract price will be required from the successful low bidder after the contract is awarded. Horsham Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive inconsistencies contained within said bids. The Township also reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without penalty. Bids for any or all of the alternates are invited from qualified bidders.
