Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sandusky, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Furnishing the material and performing the labor for the execution of: Camp Street Resurfacing & Reconstruction in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. Estimate of Cost $416,463.00. There is no pre-bid meeting. All questions shall be directed to Jane E. Cullen, P.E. at jcullen@ci.sandusky.oh.us in writing via email no later than Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 8:00am. The purchaser shall bare all shipping costs or make arrangements to pick up documents. Contract Documents may be reviewed without charge during normal business hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm in the Public Works office in its new location at 240 Columbus Ave. The Contractor shall diligently prosecute the Work and shall complete all Work so that Final Acceptance occurs on or before July 31, 2020, following the date set forth in the Notice to Proceed, unless an extension of time is granted by the City in accordance with the Contract Documents. The period of time established by the preceding sentence is referred to herein as the time for Contract Completion. Designated areas are defined as Ohios Standard Metropolitan Statistical Areas (SMSA). They are: Akron, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Toledo and Youngstown-Warren. In cases where the project is not located in a designated area, the contractor may adopt minority utilization goals of the near/nearest designated area. Time is of the essence, therefore setting all final work to be completed prior to Friday, July 30, 2021.
