**As of 4/21/2021 Project was awarded award amount $324,354.60. The work is located in the City of Myrtle Creek, Coos County, Oregon. For more specific locations, see the location and vicinity maps on the Plans. Estimated Value: $280,000 to $350,000 Pre-Bid Meeting Information: A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held. a. Construct new street improvements along NE Laurance Street including approximately 680 lineal feet of full road reconstruction and 655 lineal feet of roadway widening and 2-inch asphalt concrete pavement overlay. b. Roadway reconstruction and roadway widening includes 4-inch asphalt concrete pavement on 10-inch of aggregate base and subgrade geotextile fabric. Asphalt concrete pavement overlay includes installation of paving fabric. This work includes approximately 890 cubic yards of in place roadway excavation, 1,410 tons of aggregate base, and 900 tons of asphalt concrete pavement. c. Construct approximately 155 lineal feet of new 12-inch storm drain, four (4) G2 catch basins, and reconstruct existing ditches. d. Other work includes demolition work, foundation stabilization (if required), cold plane pavement removal from zero to 2-inch depth, gas valve box adjustments, ac pavement removal, painted striping, landscaping, and other miscellaneous items.
