Note: Crestview, Fl Is Not a Next Day Guaranteed Delivery Location by Most Delivery Services. Respondents Using Mail or Delivery Service Assume All Risk of Late or Non-delivery. Interested Respondents Desiring Consideration Shall Provide One (1) Original and One (1) Thumb Drive of Their Request for Proposals (Rfp) Response With the Respondents Proposal. Submissions Shall Be Portrait Orientation, Unbound, and 8 X 11 Where Practical. Font Shall Be 12 Point and Respondents Are Limited to Forty (40) Pages, Excluding the Required Forms. $100,000 - $200,000
