As of April 1 2021 project was awarded to Outdoor Enterprise, LLC in the amount of $362,241.00 on March 23, 2021 with a project completion date of December 31, 2021. If the undersigned is notified of Bid acceptance, it agrees to furnish required bonds as indicated in the Instructions to Bidders.In submitting a Bid, the undersigned agrees to execute the Owner- Contractor Agreement in the form included in the Contract Documents and to Substantially Complete the Work as required by the Contract Documents.The wording of the Bid Form shall be used throughout, without change, alteration or addition. Any change may cause it to be rejected.Bidder is cautioned to bid only on the Brands or Standards specified in the Contract Documents, including any Addenda issued by Owner.
