To allow sufficient time for consideration and response to questions, the deadline for formally submitting questions shall be May 13, 2021 at 5:00PM EST. The Board of County Commissioners, Montgomery County, Ohio along with the Montgomery County Environmental Services Department in accordance with ORC 153.65-153.70 is seeking the services of a Qualified Engineering Firm to provide consulting services for this project. The successful firms shall meet the requirements for qualifications as listed in the ORC 153.65 (D) and have on staff a minimum of one licensed or accredited professional for each of the services required. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any irregularity of qualification statements, should same be to the advantage of the county. One (1) original signed qualification statement with Forms 3 and 4 completed and three (3) additional copies, as well as one (1) electronic copy shall be provided in sealed envelope identified as MCES Project No. 130026-27, Sanitary Sewer Hydraulic Modeling and Flow Monitoring and must have the full name and address of the Respondent on the envelope. Montgomery County shall determine the best responsive firm based solely on the information contained in each statement received. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any irregularity of qualification statements, should same be to the advantage of the county. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
