No bids will be considered unless accompanied by a bidder's bond naming the City of Savage as obligee, certified check payable to the City Clerk of the City of Savage or a cash deposit equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, which shall be returned or forfeited as set forth in the Information for Bidders.
