Start Date April 19, 2021 – Completion Date September 4, 2021.** Major Items of Work Include: Common Exc. 42,632 CY Borrow Exc. 28,571 CY Agg. CL. 5 10,710 TON Crushed Concrete 34,476 TON 12X6 Precast RCB Culvert 64 LF A bidders bond in the amount of 5% of the amount bid, made payable to Cass County shall accompany each bid electronic or paper bid form. All bidders must be qualified to bid under the laws of North Dakota. Contractors may be required to submit information detailing their ability to perform the work specific to this project. Cass County may determine the prequalification status of each contractor requesting a proposal, and reserves the right to deny bid documents to any contractor based on the County's responsibility determination. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities.
