Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; and parking garage.
Phase 1 consists of the demolition of a parking garage. As of February 19, 2021, construction is complete. *The new, $330 million hospital tower will consist of 96 ICU beds, emergency department, 16 operating rooms, 2 hybrid operating rooms, 4 Cath Labs, 2 Endoscopy, 2 Pulmonary, 6 Interventional Radiology Suites, Central Sterile, Pre/Post Op, Pharmacy, Lab, Imaging, Food Service, Education Space, overhead connector to BBRP, tower bridge to new garage structure, central utility plant and a 1,500 space parking garage.
