Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; and parking garage.
*As of February 19, 2021, construction is complete. The New Hospital Tower consists of 96 ICU beds, emergency department, 16 operating rooms, 2 hybrid operating rooms, 4 Cath Labs, 2 Endoscopy, 2 Pulmonary, 6 Interventional Radiology Suites, Central Sterile, Pre/Post Op, Pharmacy, Lab, Imaging, Food Service, Education Space, overhead connector to BBRP, tower bridge to new garage structure, central utility plant and a 1,500 space parking garage. This package will include: site demolition, underground utilities, earthwork, curbs, gutter, sidewalks, retaining walls, asphalt paving, handrails, below-grade waterproofing, landscape, irrigation, hardscaping, signage, pavement striping and electrical. Additionally, the project will include a new road (north of parking garage), Yale Road realignment, Tucker resurfacing and demolition of the existing parking garage. The exterior envelope consists of multiple finish systems that include curtain wall and cast stone panel system, metal panel and louver systems and sunshades.
