New construction of a mixed-use development in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,500-square-foot parking garage; and medical facility.
As of Februray 2022, construction is still underway. An anticipated end date has not been identified at this time. Phase 2 will consist of the construction of a new patient parking structure and various supportive logistical structures. *The new, $330 million hospital tower will consist of 96 ICU beds, emergency department, 16 operating rooms, 2 hybrid operating rooms, 4 Cath Labs, 2 Endoscopy, 2 Pulmonary, 6 Interventional Radiology Suites, Central Sterile, Pre/Post Op, Pharmacy, Lab, Imaging, Food Service, Education Space, overhead connector to BBRP, tower bridge to new garage structure, central utility plant and a 1,500 space parking garage.
