Site work for a civil project in Mar, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work involves (but is not limited to) the following: - Repair and replacement of existing watermains will be completed along with expansion of the distribution system into areas of future growth, representing a total of up to approximately 14.5 km of new watermain, including valves and hydrants. - Replacement of the two (2) existing booster pumping stations with new, sized for the current and future conditions. It should be noted that the Owner has entered a formal pre-selection agreement with Engineered Fluid Inc. for the supply of the prefabricated booster pumping stations (contract value of $1,023,190.63). The Owner will novate the pre-selection agreement with Engineered Fluid Inc. for the prefabricated booster pumping stations supply to the General Construction Contractor. - Installation of a pre-fabricated altitude valve chamber. - Replacement of existing water services on new and existing watermains. - Associated site restoration works.
