Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Seatac, Washington. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Build infrastructure to provide safe and reliable pedestrian and bicycle access to transit services along International Blvd and S 176th St from nearby neighborhoods and business districts. Improvements include retrofitting and building new sidewalk, separated bicycle track and shared lanes, street and pedestrian scale lighting, and utility infrastructure. As of December 13, 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2023-2028 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction FY 2023. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2025.
