The work will include, but not be limited to: Providing all labor, equipment, and materials required to remodel existing classrooms in two separate school buildings into outpatient wellness centers, one at Lowell Elementary School and one at Nova High School. Work shall include partial demolition, framing and drywall partitions, electrical power and lighting, communications, plumbing, and HVAC modifications, cabinetry, floor, and wall finishes, and modifications to the existing suspended ceiling. The cost range is $325,000.00 to $350,000.00 per building, $650,000.00 to $700,000.00 total. Shortly after 2:00 p.m. Owner reserves the right to postpone the Bid opening.
