The Contractor shall perform all the Work required by the Contract and the Project Manual including specifications, drawings or other technical data provided. The project entitled "Electrical Unit Price at Logistics Area - 2023" includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals to perform, complete and finish electrical systems installations. Electrical work includes but is not limited to installations of raceways, wiring, medium voltage cabling, boxes, transformers, miscellaneous electrical devices, temporary power and lighting assemblies, and equipment, testing, and grounding in accordance with all requirements of the code-enforcing agencies. Prevailing wages for all work performed pursuant to each work authorization must be the prevailing wage rates in effect at the beginning date for each contract year. Intents and affidavits for prevailing wages paid shall be submitted annually for all work completed within the previous twelve-month period of the unit priced contract. The contract will last one (1) year, 365 calendar days, from the official contract award date, which is the date the Port of Seattle signs the Agreement, or until the contract amount is depleted, whichever comes first. This contract contains an option to extend the contract time up to 12 months beyond the original contract completion date. Performance and Payment bonds will be required with the Contract. Each bond shall be in the full amount of the contract sum. No bid bond is required.
