Replace exterior doors with aluminum storefront system to meet storm hardening requirements. Prep and paint exterior walls, ceilings and soffits of Multi-Purpose Building. Remove and replace existing metal roofing system. Provide PV system on the new metal roof system. Renovate the interior of the building with new flooring, repainting and new suspended ceiling system. Remove and replace base and wall cabinets in Multi-Purpose Room and Kitchen; replace appliances; renovate Men's, Women's Restroom finishes and provide for ADA compliance; remove and replace toilet fixtures, toilet stalls, toilet accessories and floor drains; replace all wall bases and other miscellaneous work in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
