The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment to remove, repair, and replace the sidewalk, curb and gutter areas damaged by the tree roots at 41-217 Kalau Place, Waimanalo. All replaced sections shall match the existing dimensions, profiles, finishes and materials. The work shall be completed within 30 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. The liquidated damages per calendar days for failure to complete the work on time shall be $250.00 per calendar day.
