Renovation of an educational facility in Homer, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for Homer High School Partial Roof Replacement. The project consists of the following: Provide all labor & materials to replace a Dock area Roof (Approx. 1,169 SF) and Gym Area Roof Section (Approx. 33,632 SF), to include, the internal gutter system, drain leaders, sumps and attic ventilation, and insulation per contract documents. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. Q&A DEADLINE: JUNE 18, 2021 BY 5:00 P.M.
