Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the addition of a 21,520-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

Work of this Contract comprises new construction and renovation of the existing gymnasium and other spaces at École-sur-Mer, located at 5 Maris Stella Avenue, Summeride, PEI. Site work included in this contract is for the reconstruction of existing entrances and parking lots, the construction of playing field(s) and general site work. Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the following: .1 Final grading, supply and installation of topsoil and seeding, new asphalt roadways, parking and pathways. .2 Provide and maintain in good condition all construction fencing and all required environmental containment measures. Remove fencing and all temporary measures at completion of the project. .3 All material and labour necessary for the construction of the new addition to the existing building as shown on the drawings and specifications. .4 Renovations, mechanical and electrical work in the existing building as shown on the drawings and specifications. .5 All mechanical, electrical and fire protection work as shown on the drawings and specifications. The Mechanical / Electrical / Fire Protection sub-trades are to be bid directly to the General Contractors through the Bid Depository of the Construction Association of PEI, the closing date is 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at the Construction Association of PEI.
