**As of April 8, 2021, the project was awarded to GMH Asphalt for $281,342.05.** For the Bituminous Mill & Overlay of certain City streets in the City of Wayzata. Approximate quantities are as follows: Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mix (2,C) 1,940 Tons Bituminous Material for Tack Coat 1,320 Gallons Mill Bituminous Surface (1" to 4") 21,000 Sq Yd Miscellaneous Curb and Sidewalk Repairs Miscellaneous Striping All bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Wayzata for an amount no less than five percent (5%) of the bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in the proposal procedure and to accept any proposal deemed to be in the City's best interest.
