Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wayzata, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following: Concrete maintenance strip, concrete walks, asphalt court, asphalt parking, fencing, court painting, site furniture, and turf restoration. All bids shall be submitted to the City Engineer, City of Wayzata, 600 Rice Street East, Wayzata, Minnesota 55391, and shall be in accordance with specifications on file in the office of the Director of Public Works. All bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Wayzata for an amount no less than five percent (5%) of the bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in the proposal procedure and to accept any proposal deemed to be in the City's best interest. No proposal may be withdrawn within thirty days of the date of the bid opening. Question Deadline 02/28/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
