Renovation of a municipal facility in Melbourne, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,400-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
A. The scope of work shall involve painting interior walls and door frames, including but not limited to, surface preparation, cleaning, patching, caulking, scraping, sanding, priming, and finish coat painting. B. When requested by Facilities Operations Representative, CONTRACTOR shall, prior to commencement of project, prepare and paint designated test area(s) with specified paint or coating for approval. C. All work shall be performed after working hours as follows: Monday through Friday between the hours of 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Saturday - Sunday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. D. Scheduling - 1. Submit work schedule for various stages of painting (including approximate number of staff and daily hours required for each area) to Facilities Operations Representative for approval. Submit schedule within seven (7) business days of receipt of purchase order for Facilities Operations approval. 2. Obtain written authorization from Facilities Operations Representative for any changes in work schedule.
