A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Last Day for Questions: March 19, 2021 by 5:00 PM local time The City of Buckeye seeks a qualified Architectural and Engineering Firm to provide design and engineering services for the completion of the Blue Horizons Fire Station. The project consists of a new 3-Bay Fire Station approximately 12,750 Square Feet, which includes a single company fire station, community room and a Police Department report writing room. The project is located within the Master Planned Community of Blue Horizons Blue Horizons Fire Station is currently planned to be a three (3) bay, single story structure of approximately 12,750 SF. It will provide sleeping quarters for 8 firefighters, large kitchen, dining area, day room, bio hazard room, locker rooms, fitness room, and offices or work spaces for the crew(s). In addition, a community/meeting room for staff and public to use and a Police Department office will be included in the design. Lastly, the site will include architectural designs, landscape and hardscape so that it will match and blend with the surrounding community.
