**As of April 13, 2021, project has not been awarded. Timeframe will be this coming Monday 4/19/2021 during their Board meeting. Items of Work include traffic control, erosion control, clearing & grubbing, roadway removals, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, excavation common, excavation rock, landscaping restoration, street lighting, construction staking, erosion control, base aggregate placement, curb and gutter paving, concrete sidewalk, curb ramps, and asphaltic pavement paving. Following is a list of approximate quantities for some of the main items: Approximately 5,500 LF Sanitary Sewer, 6,000 LF Water Main, 7,800 LF Storm Sewer, 12,000 CY Excavation Common, 7,000 CY Excavation Rock, 23,000 Ton Base Aggregate Dense, 13,500 LF Curb and Gutter, 65,700 SF Concrete Sidewalk, 6,100 Ton HMA Pavement, and 35,000 CY Backfill Granular. Completion Date: 11/19/2021 All applicable charter and statutory provisions and ordinances are incorporated into the contract. The successful bidder shall be required to conform to all federal,state, and local safety requirements. The Board of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Board of Public Works for a period not to exceed sixty (60) daysfrom the date of opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding of the contract. Prequalification of bidders will not be required, but a statement of qualifications shall be provided with the bid.
