Purchase of 2 Precast Concrete Culverts. Work under this contract will be partially funded with Federal grant funds. The successful Bidder shall comply with the Buy America Act that requires iron or steel used in the culverts to be produced in the United States. Lane County may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any and all bids upon finding of the agency that it is in the public interest to do so. Lane County may cancel the procurement or reject any or all bids when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the County, as determined by the County.
