Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Half Moon Bay, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project to include renovations to beach. Questions regarding the Contract Documents concerning items such as discrepancies, conflicts, omissions, doubts as to meanings, or regarding scope of bid items shall be referred to the Engineer. Inquiries must be received in writing via email, to mmanalo@smgov.org and alum@smcgov.org, not less than five (5) working days prior to bid opening Question Deadline 05/18/2023. The work to be done consists, in general, of amenities to support the opening of Tunitas Creek Beach Park to the public. Various tasks include, but are not limited to: clearing and grubbing; mass and fine grading; construction of a parking lot, trail, and amphitheater; storm drain installation; lighting; construction of retaining wall, decks, and seating; installation of a restroom and ranger shed; and placement of erosion control measures as well as any other items and details not mentioned above, but required by the Project Plans, Standard Specifications and these Special Provisions, and the directions of the Engineer. All RFI Requests are due by Friday, May 19th, 2023
