Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in New Ringgold, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of June 1,2021 This project has been awarded to the following: Contract 1, Optimum Controls Corporation $1,169,989 Contract 2, Bognet Inc. $79,778. Start date and completion date has not yet been established.** The Project consists of upgrades to Owner's existing Indian Run Water Filtration Plant including chemical facility modifications, raw water pipe improvements, instrument replacements, SCADA improvements, minor mechanical improvements, and associated electrical work. The Project Work Will Be Performed Under Two Contracts as Follows: Contract One - General Construction, Instrumentation and Controls/electrical Work Contract Two - Mechanical Work Per the owner the two contracts of this bid will be awarded separately. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the Bid total, payable to the Owner in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right, at its option, to waive as an informality any, defects, errors, or omissions in any or all Bids; and to reject any or all Bids. Clarification Deadline 4/2/2021 4:00 PM Estimated Project Value Contract 1: $1,300,000 Contract 2: $50,000.
