Site work for a road / highway in Manheim, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Estimated Cost ; $25,000 to $35,000 Replacement of an existing traffic signal. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Intersection of S. Main Street (S.R. 0772) and New Charlotte Street 1. Removal of existing traffic signal and concrete foundation. 2. Installation of a new traffic signal support, conduit, and signal cable. 3. Relocation of the existing signal heads, pedestrian push buttons, optical preemption detector/beacon, and signing. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Bid amount, the Workmen's Compensation Affidavit, Public Works Employment Verification Form and a Non-Collusion Affidavit must accompany the Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall remain open for a period of 60 days from the date of Bid opening. Bids may not be withdrawn during this period. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Manheim Borough hereby reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids submitted or any part thereof or item therein. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in bids received. Clarification Deadline: 3/16/2021 5:00 PM
