As of 5/11/2021 project was not yet been awarded. No estimated time frame yet. The Project consists of the following: 1. Installation of approximately 4,100 LF of 8 to 21 sewers, 2,200 LF of 4 and 6 service sewers, 76 w yes , miscellaneous sewer connections, plug and abandon sanitary sewers, removal of sanitary sewers, removal of manholes, force main connections, 800 LF of 6" HDPE DR17 force main, restoration, curb and pavement restoration, driveway restoration and incidental work. 2. Installation of approximately 3,200 LF of 6 to 24" SDR 35 storm sewers, 200 LF of 6" underdrain, 62 inlets , miscellaneous connections, storm manholes, doghouse manhole, removal of existing catch basins, trench drain, riprap aprons, restoration, curb and pavement restoration, driveway restoration and incidental work. 3. Installation of approximately 18,300 LF of 1" to 12" DR 11 HDPE water mains, 92 gate valves from 1" to 12", 800 LF of 6" HDPE DR 11 force main, 24 hydrants, 88 service connections, 12" cap, restoration, curb and pavement restoration, driveway restoration and incidental work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Upon Issuing Offices receipt of payment, Bidding Documents will be sent via U.S. Mail or the prospective Bidder's alternative delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Section 746 of Title VII of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 (Division A - Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act , 2017) and subsequent statutes mandating domestic preference applies an American Iron and Steel requirement to this project. All listed iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term "iron and steel products" means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings , hydrants. tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and construction materials.
