The scope of work consists of constructing a plastic lumber pier superstructure on existing concrete piles, concrete repairs, and water line at Pier 18, Honolulu Harbor, Oahu. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A 5% bid adjustment for bidders that are parties to apprenticeship agreements pursuant to Section 103-55.6, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), is applicable to this project. All work shall be completed within TWO HUNDRED FORTY (240) CALENDAR DAYS from the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed (NTP) from the Department. The 240 CALENDAR DAYS are inclusive of completing all submittals and permits, and substantial completion of the work to the satisfaction of the Department of Transportation Harbors Division.
