Fulton County Schools (FCS) is soliciting for proposals from Offerors to furnish, assemble, install, and disassemble aluminum porches, stairs and railings for portable classrooms. Questions regarding the proposal process should be directed in writing to the Executive Director of Contracting via facsimile at (470) 254-1248 or via email at wecare@fultonschools.org. Only questions received prior to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 will be considered. Proposals are subject to rejection if the signature page is not completed and returned with the proposal on or before time of proposal opening. Contractor shall furnish and install all aluminum porches, stairs, ramps, and railings for access to portable buildings located at FCS in accordance with the specifications and drawings described herein. Scope of work includes pick up, delivery, and installation of existing aluminum porches, stairs, ramps, and railings for access to portable buildings located at Fulton County Schools, in accordance with the specifications and drawings described herein Contractor shall: 1. Disassemble existing previously erected aluminum porches, stairs, ramps, and railings at locations as directed by the Owner's Representative and transport components to the Owner's storage facility. 2. Existing aluminum porches, stairs, ramps and railing components will be inventoried and stored for future use at portable classroom building locations where directed by the Owner's Representative. 3. Pick up existing aluminum porches, stairs, ramps and railings from Owner's storage facility and deliver to Fulton County School sites where directed by the Owners Representative. 4. Assemble and install existing aluminum porches, stairs, ramps and railings for access to locations where directed by the Owner's Representative for access to portable classroom buildings in accordance with the attached drawings (see Appendix II) and specifications. 5. Procure as needed items such as screws, bolts, brackets, leveling blocks etc. to complete a satisfactory installation. FCS's fleet consists of the following: a. Approximately 13 double-wide portable classroom buildings (26 classrooms). b. Approximately 49 modular classroom buildings. The Contractor is required to provide $50,000.00 Fidelity Bond
