eattle Public Schools is seeking bids for Louisa Boren STEM K-8 HVAC Upgrades. The work will include' but not be limited to' selective demotion; removal and disposal of regulated building materials; removal and disposal of existing gas fired boiler' associated tanks' piping' heat exchangers and pumps; installation of two new condensing boilers' piping and pumps; reconfiguration of associated electrical branch circuits; replacement of existing pneumatic controls with new Direct Digital Controls (DDC) compatible with existing system for remote monitoring and control from Seattle Public Schools' facility offices; and all necessary appurtenances. The cost range is $2510000 to $2775000. Seattle Public Schools requires that all contractors' vendors' suppliers or providers of services comply with all applicable laws and regulations prohibiting discrimination in employment' public accommodation' and educational programs.
