Renovation of a power facility in White Plains, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
The New York Power Authority is soliciting responses from Proposers under a structure in which the Proposers design, construct, install, finance, own, operate, maintain, and decommission solar photovoltaic ("PV") and energy storage systems ("Systems") at the Project Sites, at no upfront cost to the Authority or the New York State Office of General Services ("OGS"). Respondents shall provide pricing for the Systems under three different pricing structures; If applicable, include a claim or other demand asserted against any bid bond, performance bond, or payment bond posted by your organization in connection with any construction contract or your submittal of a bid/proposal for a construction contract or PV generating project contract. Through this Request for Proposals ("RFP"), the Authority, on behalf of OGS, is seeking to obtain competitively priced proposals. It is highly recommended Proposers submit pricing under at least two project structure options. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% A Proposer's failure to provide a statement of concurrence with any PPA and PGA, or provide alternative terms, may be considered grounds for disqualification. OGS reserves the right to accept, reject or modify, in its sole discretion, any proposed revisions set forth in this section.
