Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Fremont, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The estimated cost of construction is $932,800. The scope of work for this project consists of the construction of a new chemic al feed building at the reservoir site to feed PAC and Earthtec at the reservoir. A certified check, cashiers check or letter of credit in favor of the City of Fremont, Ohio in the amount of 10% of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is a 100% payment and performance bond. The current negotiated goals for construction related activities are 1.3% of all contracts to MBEsand 1.0% of all contracts to WBEs. The Work will be substantially completed by April 30, 2024, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions by May 31, 2024.
