The Project consists of the rehabilitation of a 6,000 SF +/- community park. The work includes the demolition of existing playground equipment and signage, installation of new playground equipment and site furniture supplied by others, provide and install signage, sign and mark ADA parking space, and landscaping. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. There will be no pre-bid conference for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex. Bids will remain subject to acceptance for the period of 90 days, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to the end of this period.
