Renovation of a mixed-use development in Throop, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and fitness / recreation center.
There is no bid documents available for this project. The work consists of sanding the gymnasium floor (approximately 7,310 sq. ft.) and applying 4 coats of oil base polyurethane gloss low VOC oil and repainting all gymnasium floor lines as per a color to be specified by Throop Borough. All of the above is to be started and completed during the last 2 weeks of September 2019.
