The Project consists of asphalt milling, asphalt base repairs, asphalt scratch course and wearing course overlay, asphalt curb, traffic control during construction and other related work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All work shall be done as specified in these Specifications, PennDOT Publication 212, PennDOT Publication 213, and the FHWA Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), PennDOT Standard Drawings, the Drawings and as directed.
